Exciting news at Olivine! ✨🛍️

After extensive work to bring the right retail delivery partner on board, we’re pleased to let you know we have recently entered into a Contract of Sale with Coles for the Town Centre site. Coles is a proven retail developer who will also become the major tenant of the future town centre– marking the next step in bringing our shared vision for a thriving community hub to life.

Under the agreement, Coles is set to deliver the retail town centre, with a full-line supermarket alongside a mix of specialty retailers, dining options, and public spaces, subject to relevant approvals. Together, these spaces will serve everyday needs and create a vibrant destination for residents and visitors alike.

This is an important step forward in bringing the Olivine Town Centre to life. Once the agreement is finalised, Coles will take the lead on the next phase of the retail town Centre delivery. We look forward to sharing more on this in due course.
