News & Construction Update July 2023

It has been another busy start to the year onsite at Olivine. 

Since our last construction update, we have seen a great deal of progress including: 

Active Open Space
Olivine’s Sporting precinct boasts a $4.5 million dollar state-of-the-art Sporting Pavilion, along with premium amenities such as Netball and Futsal Courts, Cricket Nets, a Dog Park, BBQ areas, and a playground. We are excited to share the news that these extraordinary facilities are scheduled to be unveiled in Spring 2023.
Mirvac is working closely with Council to complete the Active Open Space, ensuring it can be enjoyed by the community at the earliest opportunity.
The construction of our two sporting ovals will begin soon, with an expected completion and opening to the community in Autumn 2024*. 

Olivine’s Lifelong Learning Commitment
Olivine's education precinct is expanding rapidly. Donnybrook Primary School has recently opened its doors and Hume Anglican Grammar has extended its classes to include senior school, accommodating students from Prep to Year Seven. Furthermore, construction is underway at Wallaby Childcare Donnybrook, scheduled to open in late 2023, ensuring comprehensive childcare facilities for the community.

New Neighbourhood Park Fronting Olivine's Townhomes
The newly opened Compass Park offers a wide range of fun-filled equipment suitable for all ages. Adjacent to this park, the construction of the first-ever Parkscape Townhomes are underway^^. These townhomes are designed to embrace the natural surroundings offer family-sized 3 or 4 bedrooms with double car garages and spacious courtyards.
